A few weeks ago kev, zack, joe and I went up to Delaware Water Gap for 3 days of camping and adventure. These are some photos I took with my phone. We hiked up 2 mountains and were about 20 feet away from a black bear in the wild. It was a fun trip. Check out the pics?
So as a few of you already know I have decided to take on a new hobby as an attempt to get in better shape and not have to go to the gym. I also thought it would give me more opportunities to use my camera. I’d be killing two new years resolutions with one action. I’ve done considerable amounts of research on the general topic of winter hiking and even more research on winter hiking in NJ. I found a lot of good info and set out to stock up on the cold weather gear necessary to comfortably enjoy the winter landscape. Stay tuned for pictures and information because it looks like I’m going to head out this weekend for a day trip to the delaware water gap.
